RIMOWA Client Advisor part-time position in Rome (Piazza di Spagna). Luxury retail sales and after-sales support, EUR 27,000 annual full-time equivalent.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class luxury product consultations and sales support to international customers
- Manage individual CRM goals and maintain customer relationships before, during, and after purchase
- Provide expert product knowledge and repair advisory services to customers in-store
- Process and coordinate repair requests from acceptance through communication with technical teams to customer return
- Serve as professional after-sales point of contact for all customer service inquiries
- Execute small repairs on-site where applicable and maintain highest quality standards
Qualifications
- Fluent Italian and English language skills
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience excellence
- Ability to advise international clientele with sensitivity to luxury market expectations

Entry-level experience in luxury retail or hospitality sectors preferred; new starters welcomed with demonstrated passion for luxury customer experience.
