RIMOWA seeks a Client Advisor in Rome (Piazza di Spagna) on a fixed-term contract to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding, personalised client experience across every interaction, from product discovery to purchase and after-sales service.
- Proactively build and maintain long-term client relationships using the brand’s clienteling tools and CRM processes to foster loyalty.
- Manage bespoke client requests and coordinate repairs and service cases with the central client care department.
- Achieve store and individual sales targets while contributing to team objectives and boutique KPIs.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, product presentation and stock integrity.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to share product knowledge, support boutique operations and sustain a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interest in luxury, lifestyle and travel; aptitude for storytelling and brand advocacy.
- Excellent visual sensibility and attention to detail, with a commitment to elevated presentation standards.
- Customer-centric, proactive attitude and a collaborative team player disposition.
- Availability to work full-time on a fixed-term contract in the Piazza di Spagna boutique.

Experience
Entry-level role; candidates with prior experience in luxury retail or boutique client-facing sales are preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury sales or a related discipline is advantageous.
