RIMOWA in Zurich seeks a part-time Client Advisor (Saturdays, 10h/week). Join the LVMH maison to deliver luxury sales and after-sales service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer consultations and sales during Saturday shifts (10 hours/week).
- Achieve individual CRM and sales targets and maintain client records to support long-term relationships.
- Provide first-line after-sales service including intake, basic on-site repairs and communication with the technical team until product return.
- Ensure flawless post-sale follow-up and act as a professional point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Maintain product knowledge and represent the brand’s standards of craftsmanship and service at all times.
Qualifications
- Fluent German and English for advising international customers; additional languages are an advantage.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for luxury consultation and retail service.
- Availability to work Saturdays (10 hours per week) and commitment to regular weekend shifts.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or customer-facing roles is welcome but not mandatory; training is provided.
- Right to work in Switzerland.

Experience
Entry-level: candidates with some customer-facing or retail experience are preferred, but new starters with a strong customer orientation and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Product and repair training will be provided.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational retail, hospitality or service qualification preferred but not required.
