RIMOWA seeks a Part-time Client Advisor in Milan (La Rinascente) — 30h/week, 1‑year contract, providing luxury client service and after‑sales support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, consultative client service across all customer interactions, with emphasis on store closing hours and weekend coverage.
  • Achieve individual CRM and sales targets through personalised consultations and relationship building.
  • Perform first‑line diagnostics and minor on‑site repairs; manage return and repair workflows in coordination with the technical team.
  • Own after‑sales communications and follow‑up to ensure a seamless customer experience post‑purchase.
  • Record client activity and maintain accurate CRM records to support ongoing clienteling and retention.
  • Contribute to store operations, visual presentation and teamwork to meet service and sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or client advising (candidates with less experience but strong potential may be considered).
  • Fluent Italian and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong orientation to consultative selling and superior customer experience.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by store schedule.
