RIMOWA — Part-time Client Advisor in Madrid (El Corte Inglés): advise clients, manage sales and after‑sales, and perform minor on‑site repairs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, consultative client interactions to drive sales and long‑term customer loyalty in a luxury retail environment.
- Manage end‑to‑end after‑sales processes: accept items, coordinate with the technical team, track repairs and communicate status to customers until return.
- Perform minor on‑site repairs and product maintenance in line with RIMOWA standards following internal training.
- Achieve individual CRM and sales targets through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and relationship management.
- Represent the Maison at the El Corte Inglés location, ensuring impeccable presentation, product knowledge and adherence to brand standards.
Qualifications
- Fluent Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Minimum three years of experience in luxury or premium retail/customer‑facing roles preferred.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a demonstrable customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage after‑sales cases and liaise professionally with technical teams.
- Availability to work a part‑time schedule on site at El Corte Inglés, Madrid.

Minimum three years in luxury or premium retail or equivalent client‑facing experience is preferred; candidates with strong customer service aptitude and potential may also be considered. Practical exposure to after‑sales procedures and product maintenance is highly valued.
