RIMOWA is seeking a part-time Client Advisor for its Munich boutique, working 20 hours per week on a temporary contract, starting as soon as possible. The role builds customer relationships through consultations and sales, supports minor on-site repairs and manages repair processing and after-sales care.
Role & Responsibilities
- Strengthen and develop customer relationships through first-class consultations.
- Meet individual CRM goals and support customers throughout consultations, sales and minor on-site repairs, drawing on extensive product and repair training.
- Provide professional after-sales support and remain a point of contact for customers on all after-sales topics.
- Process repairs to a high standard, from intake and communication with the responsible technical team through to returning the product to the customer.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience; candidates new to the team are also welcome.
- Fluent German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- A strong focus on customer experience and a passion for selling luxury products.
