RIMOWA Munich seeks part-time Client Advisor (20 hrs/week). Luxury retail role combining sales, customer relations, and technical support in Germany.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class customer consultations and strengthen client relationships through attentive, luxury-focused service
- Achieve individual CRM goals and maintain customer engagement beyond the point of sale
- Execute on-site product repairs and coordinate complex technical support with the responsible technical team
- Manage the complete repair process from acceptance through communication to customer return
- Serve as a professional after-sales contact for all customer support inquiries and follow-up
- Conduct product training and educate customers on RIMOWA's heritage, craftsmanship, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English; additional language skills preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury sector or retail
- Passion for luxury products and customer experience excellence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage CRM systems and sales processes
