RIMOWA Munich seeks part-time Client Advisor (20h/week) to deliver luxury customer service, after-sales support, and repair coordination for discerning travelers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative, luxury-caliber customer service and build lasting client relationships through personalized product recommendations
- Manage individual CRM goals and maintain detailed client records to drive sales performance and customer retention
- Process customer repairs and technical requests, coordinating between customers and the technical team to ensure quality standards
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support and serve as the primary professional contact for all post-purchase customer inquiries
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and facilitate small on-site repairs
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and communicate the heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation of RIMOWA's collections
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality
- Demonstrated customer-centric approach with intuitive understanding of luxury service standards
- Professional fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions with grace and professionalism
- Familiarity with CRM systems and point-of-sale technology
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end customer service environments. Prior experience in customer-facing roles with demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and drive sales performance is essential.
Education
Completed secondary education; additional retail or hospitality certification is advantageous but not required.
