RIMOWA Client Advisor position in Munich, Germany – luxury retail role combining sales, customer service, and after-sales expertise within the LVMH Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Strengthen customer relationships through first-class consultations, leveraging an intuitive understanding of luxury and customer-focused approach
- Maintain professional point of contact for all after-sales topics, ensuring continuity of customer engagement beyond the store visit
- Process repair requests with first-class standards, managing coordination from acceptance through technical team communication to customer return
- Achieve individual CRM goals through consistent customer interactions across consultation, sales, and in-store repair services
- Deliver expert product knowledge and repair training to support comprehensive customer guidance
