RIMOWA seeks a Client Advisor in Munich (temporary, full‑time) to deliver luxury sales and after‑sales service, including repair coordination and CRM management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, luxury-level client consultations to develop and retain long-term customer relationships and achieve individual CRM and sales targets.
- Serve as the primary after‑sales contact: accept repair requests, document and communicate case details to the technical team, and manage return logistics to clients.
- Perform minor on-site repairs and quality checks in line with the brand’s standards, ensuring impeccable presentation and functionality of products prior to client return.
- Use CRM to track customer interactions, follow up proactively, and convert after‑sales contacts into repeat business.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of service cases and maintain a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' customer-facing experience, preferably within luxury retail or premium service environments.
- Demonstrable client orientation with a strong sense for luxury service and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to handle consultative sales and sensitive after‑sales situations.
- Organisational rigor to manage repair workflows, documentation and follow‑up with internal technical partners and clients.
- Willingness to work on-site and engage in hands-on product handling and minor repair tasks.
Experience
At least 3 years of professional experience in client-facing roles; experience in luxury retail, after‑sales service or product repair management is highly relevant.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training or a retail/hospitality qualification is preferred.
