RIMOWA is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for its Milan Via Verri store from the start of November 2026 through January 10, 2027, under a fixed-term contract governed by the CCNL Terziario Commercio. The role combines luxury client consultations and sales with CRM objectives, on-site minor repairs and end-to-end after-sales repair handling; initial gross annual salary is €27,000 full-time equivalent and may vary based on experience, skills, seniority and organizational needs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Strengthen customer relationships through first-class consultations.
- Meet individual CRM goals and deliver customer consultations and sales, using extensive product and repair training.
- Provide on-site minor repairs.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for after-sales matters.
- Process repairs to a high standard, from intake and communication with the responsible technical team through return to the customer.
Qualifications
- Experience in the luxury sector is welcomed; newcomers to the team are also considered.
- Fluent Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- A passion for selling luxury products and delivering an excellent client experience.
