RIMOWA seeks a Client Advisor in Milan to deliver luxury retail consultations, manage customer relationships, and provide after-sales support for heritage travel solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Strengthen and develop customer relationships through first-class consultations and personalized service
- Manage individual CRM goals and cultivate lasting customer connections beyond point of sale
- Provide comprehensive product consultation, sales, and in-store repair services
- Process after-sales requests with professionalism, from acceptance through communication with technical teams to final return to customer
- Deliver exceptional service interactions across consultation, sales, and after-sales support phases
- Maintain knowledge of RIMOWA heritage, craftsmanship, and product innovations
