RIMOWA seeks part-time Client Advisor for Milan La Rinascente store; 20 hours/week, 1-year contract, luxury retail experience preferred
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and strengthen customer relationships through first-class consultations and personalized service
- Provide expert product knowledge and luxury brand consultation to international clientele
- Process customer inquiries and sales transactions with professionalism and attention to detail
- Manage after-sales services and maintain ongoing customer relationships post-purchase
- Handle product repairs and technical support, coordinating with the technical team from acceptance through return
- Achieve individual CRM and sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Represent RIMOWA's brand values and heritage in all customer interactions, particularly during evening hours and weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the luxury sector
- Fluent proficiency in Italian and English
- Passionate about customer experience and luxury retail consulting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage technical repair processes
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury sector or customer service, though candidates new to the luxury industry are also considered. International customer interaction experience is advantageous.
