RIMOWA Client Advisor position in Milan, Italy. Luxury retail sales and customer service role with €27,000 annual salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class consultations to international clientele, building and strengthening customer relationships through personalized luxury service
- Achieve individual CRM and sales targets through consultative selling and comprehensive product knowledge
- Manage customer interactions across the complete journey—from pre-sale consultation through post-purchase support and repair follow-up
- Facilitate repair services by processing requests, coordinating with the technical team, and ensuring timely return to customers
- Serve as the professional point of contact for all after-sales matters, ensuring continuity of care and satisfaction
- Execute small on-site repairs while maintaining the highest quality standards consistent with brand heritage
Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian and English, with additional language skills preferred
- Passion for luxury products and commitment to delivering exceptional client experience
