RIMOWA seeks a part-time Client Advisor in Milan for luxury customer service and sales on a 1-year temporary contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client consultations and luxury retail experiences to international clientele
- Achieve individual CRM goals through consultative selling and relationship management
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support and technical guidance on product care and repairs
- Process product repairs from initial acceptance through communication with the technical team to customer return
- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional follow-up and ongoing engagement
- Conduct on-site product repairs and quality assessments according to brand standards
Qualifications
- Fluent Italian and English language proficiency
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Demonstrated passion for luxury customer service and consultation
- Knowledge of RIMOWA products and brand heritage
- Understanding of after-sales service protocols and repair processes
