RIMOWA Milan Client Advisor (1-year contract): luxury retail consultant for premium luggage brand, Italian and English required, Via Verri location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class customer consultations and build lasting relationships through professional, luxury-focused service
- Meet individual CRM goals and manage customer interactions across consultation, sales, and in-store repair services
- Serve as a professional after-sales contact, ensuring comprehensive support for customers beyond the point of sale
- Process repair requests with meticulous attention to quality, coordinating between customer intake and the technical team for seamless product returns
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken Italian and English required; additional language skills preferred
- Experience in the luxury sector highly valued, though new entrants with strong retail service background welcome
- Passionate about customer experience and consultative selling
