RIMOWA Client Advisor Part-Time position in Milan—luxury luggage retail role with after-sales support and CRM management through January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen customer relationships through first-class luxury consultations and sales interactions
  • Meet individual CRM goals and manage customer engagement throughout the entire journey
  • Process after-sales inquiries and coordinate product repair requests from acceptance through customer return
  • Conduct product knowledge sessions and provide technical consultations on RIMOWA's manufacturing standards and repair capabilities
  • Perform minor on-site repairs and maintenance on iconic products while maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for international clientele, ensuring continuity of support beyond the point of sale

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in the luxury sector
  • Fluent proficiency in Italian and English
  • Demonstrable passion for customer experience and consultative selling
  • Knowledge of or aptitude for luxury product care and repair procedures
