RIMOWA seeks a Part‑time Client Advisor (30h) in Milan, La Rinascente — 1‑year temporary role focused on luxury sales and after‑sales service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, consultative client service and build lasting customer relationships across in‑store consultations and follow‑up touchpoints.
- Achieve individual CRM and sales objectives through personalised clienteling and expert product presentations.
- Manage after‑sales activities including intake, documentation and communication with the technical team to ensure timely, high‑quality repairs and returns.
- Perform small on‑site repairs and adjustments where required, maintaining the brand’s standards for product care.
- Support store operations during closing hours and peak weekend shifts, ensuring a premium experience at all times.
- Record client interactions and maintain accurate CRM records to support ongoing relationship development and service continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of client‑facing experience in retail, preferably within the luxury sector; candidates with strong retail backgrounds may be considered.
- Fluent Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrable passion for consultative selling and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends; willingness to work a 30‑hour, part‑time schedule.
- Ability to manage after‑sales workflows and liaise professionally with technical teams and customers.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail or luxury client‑facing experience is required; applicants with solid retail experience and strong customer service aptitude will also be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, luxury goods or customer service are advantageous.
