RIMOWA seeks a Part-time Client Advisor (20 hrs) in Milan La Rinascente on a 1‑year contract. Fluent Italian and English required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, consultative client service to an international luxury clientele across the sales journey, from initial consultation to purchase.
  • Achieve individual CRM targets and maintain accurate client records to support long-term clienteling and post‑purchase engagement.
  • Act as the primary after‑sales contact in-store: manage repair intake, coordinate with technical teams, communicate status to clients and ensure timely returns.
  • Perform on‑site basic repairs and quality checks following brand standards, and escalate complex technical issues to the responsible technical team.
  • Work assigned part‑time schedule (20 hours/week), with a focus on store closing hours and weekend coverage at La Rinascente, Milan.

Qualifications

  • Fluent Italian and English for advising international customers; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Demonstrable customer‑facing experience within luxury retail or a strong aptitude for consultative selling.
  • Comfortable handling after‑sales processes and coordinating product repairs with technical teams.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by store operations.

Experience
