RIMOWA seeks a Part‑Time Client Advisor in Milan (La Rinascente) — 20 hrs/week, 1‑year contract. Deliver luxury sales and after‑sales service for an LVMH Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client consultations across sales and after‑sales touchpoints, with a strong emphasis on relationship building and repeat business.
- Achieve individual CRM and sales targets through proactive clienteling, follow‑ups and accurate customer record management.
- Perform initial on‑site repair assessments and manage the end‑to‑end repair workflow: acceptance, communication with the technical team, tracking and return to the client.
- Serve as the primary after‑sales contact for customers, resolving enquiries and ensuring a premium service recovery experience.
- Provide product demonstrations, advise on care and longevity of products, and support store opening/closing shifts and weekend coverage as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of client‑facing experience in luxury retail or related customer service environments (candidates with less experience but strong potential may be considered).
- Fluent Italian and English to advise an international clientele; additional languages are advantageous.
- Availability for part‑time schedule (20 hours/week), including store closing hours and weekend shifts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial awareness and a passion for consultative selling.
- Basic manual dexterity and willingness to undertake product repair training and after‑sales procedures.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a comparable client‑facing sales role; prior exposure to after‑sales processes or product repairs is a strong advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury sales preferred.
