RIMOWA seeks a Client Advisor in Milan — deliver luxury client consultations, after‑sales and on‑site repairs at the Milan via Verri boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client consultations and drive sales to discerning international customers.
- Achieve individual CRM and sales targets through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Manage on-site minor repairs and technical intake: accept items, liaise with the technical team, and coordinate return to clients.
- Own after-sales relationships as the ongoing point of contact for post-purchase enquiries and service cases.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and communicate repair processes and timelines clearly to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury customer-facing experience preferred; motivated entrants with relevant potential may be considered.
- Fluent Italian and English for advising an international clientele; additional languages desirable.
- Demonstrable clienteling and CRM experience with a strong service orientation.
- Ability to perform basic on-site repairs / technical acceptance and to coordinate with specialised teams.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in retail or luxury customer-facing roles is preferred, with proven experience in consultative sales, CRM-driven client follow-up and after-sales service. Experience handling minor product repairs or coordinating technical service is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualification in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
