RIMOWA seeks a Client Advisor in Milan — deliver luxury client consultations, after‑sales and on‑site repairs at the Milan via Verri boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client consultations and drive sales to discerning international customers.
  • Achieve individual CRM and sales targets through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Manage on-site minor repairs and technical intake: accept items, liaise with the technical team, and coordinate return to clients.
  • Own after-sales relationships as the ongoing point of contact for post-purchase enquiries and service cases.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge and communicate repair processes and timelines clearly to customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury customer-facing experience preferred; motivated entrants with relevant potential may be considered.
  • Fluent Italian and English for advising an international clientele; additional languages desirable.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and CRM experience with a strong service orientation.
  • Ability to perform basic on-site repairs / technical acceptance and to coordinate with specialised teams.

Experience
