Role & Responsibilities
- Strengthen and build customer relationships through first-class consultations.
- Achieve individual CRM goals and excel in customer interactions, including consultations, sales, and minor repairs.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for after-sales inquiries, ensuring continued customer engagement.
- Manage the repair process, from acceptance to communication with the technical team, ensuring quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
