Role & Responsibilities
- Enhance customer relationships through first-class consultations, leveraging an outgoing and customer-focused demeanor.
- Achieve individual CRM goals and demonstrate proficiency in product and repair training to excel in customer interactions, including sales and on-site repairs.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for after-sales topics, maintaining customer connections beyond the initial purchase.
- Ensure first-class processing of repairs, coordinating with the technical team from acceptance to return to customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in the luxury sector preferred, but open to new starters.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
