Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets through proactive client engagement, appointments and event-driven outreach.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, articulating RIMOWA’s design, engineering and craftsmanship to discerning clients.
- Develop and maintain a high-value, loyal client portfolio; drive repeat business through personalised follow-up and tailored service.
- Deliver white‑glove after‑sales care, coordinating repairs, service requests and discreet client communications to ensure seamless ownership experiences.
- Execute all POS transactions accurately and manage cash register opening/closing in strict accordance with company procedures.
- Contribute to inventory control and loss‑prevention measures while maintaining meticulous store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Support a collaborative, high-performance sales floor by mentoring colleagues and participating in store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory) with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proven success in premium or luxury retail environments; an established luxury client book is highly desirable.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour appropriate for a high‑end retail setting.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and handle items up to 20 lbs safely.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving aptitude and discretion when managing client information.

Experience
Entry-level to early-career candidates with prior exposure to luxury or premium retail are encouraged to apply; demonstrable sales achievement and experience cultivating a client book are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in retail, luxury management, hospitality or related fields is a plus.
