RIMOWA Client Advisor (Mandarin-speaking) — New York. On-site flagship role selling luxury luggage, clienteling and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales through proactive client engagement, product demonstrations and upselling.
- Develop and maintain an active client book; cultivate new and existing client relationships with tailored follow-up.
- Educate clients on brand history, product features and the latest collections to position RIMOWA as a category leader.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to purchases, repairs and enquiries and by sustaining a polished professional presence.
- Operate store POS, open/close registers, process payments and returns and conduct inventory counts in line with loss-prevention policies.
- Implement and maintain store merchandising standards and ensure store readiness, including housekeeping duties.
- Support teammates to achieve collective store targets and contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven retail environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of retail or luxury sales experience; prior experience developing and prospecting clients strongly preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken) required; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to lift boxes up to 20 lbs repeatedly.

Minimum three years of retail or luxury sales experience with a demonstrated ability to build and convert an active client book; flagship or high-traffic store experience preferred.
