RIMOWA seeks a Mandarin-speaking Client Advisor (maternity cover) in London (New Bond Street) to deliver luxury clienteling and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible Brand Ambassador: exemplify the brand’s DNA through impeccable personal presentation, adherence to appearance and dress code, and role-model behaviour.
- Deliver world‑class clienteling: welcome and educate clients, build and sustain long‑term relationships, capture CRM data and execute personalised follow‑up to develop a client book.
- Drive sales performance: advise clients on product selection, propose complementary items, meet individual and store sales targets and support promotional activity.
- Maintain visual and housekeeping standards: ensure the store reflects visual merchandising guidelines and uphold presentation standards at all times.
- Support stock and operational control: manage stock per company procedures, assist with special requests (repairs, special orders, returns) and comply with all company policies.
- Continuously build product expertise and market awareness: keep up to date with product ranges, trends, competition and participate in training.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken Mandarin (required) and fluent English (required); additional languages are an advantage.
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail or client-facing sales roles.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and familiarity with retail KPIs.
- Excellent personal presentation and a strong client-service orientation.
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced store environment.

Minimum three years of experience in luxury retail or high‑end client advisory roles, preferably within fashion, leather goods or travel accessories.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, sales or luxury brand management is desirable.
