Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand as a consummate ambassador, upholding Rimowa’s visual identity, grooming standards and customer-facing etiquette at all times.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised sales service to build and maintain a loyal client book; qualify client needs and recommend appropriate product and accessory solutions.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store targets, cross-selling complementary products and following through on all transactions professionally.
  • Collect and maintain accurate client CRM records and execute timely follow-ups to nurture relationships and maximize lifetime value.
  • Contribute to store visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to ensure the boutique reflects brand guidelines and delivers a premium experience.
  • Support stock control and inventory processes, including handling repairs, special orders, returns and ad‑hoc client requests according to company procedures.
  • Remain commercially aware of market and competitor trends and continuously update product knowledge through training and self-directed learning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within luggage, leather goods or premium accessories.
  • Fluent English; professional-level Mandarin-speaking ability required to service Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retail KPIs and sales targets.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and the ability to embody brand standards and grooming guidelines.
  • Commercially astute, proactive and client-centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience
