RIMOWA Client Advisor position at Manchester Exchange store. Luxury retail role combining customer consultation, CRM management, and after-sales support for discerning travellers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative sales consultations and provide first-class service to international customers
- Achieve individual CRM (customer relationship management) goals and drive customer loyalty through personalised engagement
- Manage after-sales relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for post-purchase support
- Process repair requests from acceptance through communication with technical teams and customer return
- Perform minor on-site repairs and maintenance on RIMOWA products in accordance with the brand's quality standards
- Build lasting customer relationships extending beyond point-of-sale interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or client-facing roles
- Fluent in Italian and English, with additional language skills preferred
