RIMOWA seeks a part‑time Client Advisor in Madrid (Calle Serrano) — sales and after‑sales specialist for luxury luggage.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑quality client consultations and drive sales in accordance with individual CRM targets.
- Manage after‑sales relationships as the principal point of contact, coordinating case acceptance, communication and handover to the technical team until return to the client.
- Perform on‑site small repairs and product care to maintain RIMOWA quality standards and prolong product longevity.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up proactively to foster long‑term customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Contribute to store performance through collaboration with the team, adherence to merchandising standards, and participation in brand events or product trainings.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Minimum three years of experience in retail or client‑facing roles; experience in the luxury sector preferred but motivated new starters will be considered.
- Demonstrable customer‑centric mindset with strong consultative selling abilities.
- Basic technical aptitude for carrying out small repairs and coordinating complex after‑sales cases.
- Comfortable working part‑time on site with flexible availability to meet store needs (including weekends and peak trading periods).

Minimum 3 years of retail or customer‑facing experience; prior experience within luxury retail is preferred but applicants without luxury background who demonstrate strong customer skills are welcome.
Education
