Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall store commercial performance and prestige.
- Represent RIMOWA as a brand ambassador, communicating the maison’s heritage, product engineering and craftsmanship with authority and discretion.
- Develop, curate and maintain a loyal and high-value client portfolio through personalised outreach, appointments and hosted events to drive repeat business.
- Deliver white‑glove pre‑ and post‑purchase service, managing follow-ups, repairs and service requests with meticulous attention and confidentiality.
- Execute POS transactions accurately; open and close registers in full compliance with company cash and operational procedures.
- Participate proactively in inventory control and loss-prevention activities, ensuring stock integrity and accurate replenishment.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards to reflect a polished, luxurious retail environment.
- Support and mentor colleagues to foster a collaborative, high‑performance sales culture within the boutique.
Qualifications
- Proven success in a premium or luxury retail environment; an existing luxury client book is highly desirable.
- Impeccable personal presentation and highly developed verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving aptitude and a refined attention to detail.
- Deep appreciation for luxury craftsmanship, travel and elevated lifestyle narratives.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Able to safely lift and handle items up to 20 lbs.
- Multilingual skills (Spanish, French, Portuguese and/or Mandarin) are a plus.

Experience
Some prior retail experience is required, preferably within premium or luxury brands; demonstrable success building and retaining a discerning clientele is highly valued. An existing client book is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, sales, or hospitality training is advantageous.
