RIMOWA Client Advisor Intern, Rome – One-month summer internship (July 2026) in luxury luggage retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with internal operational procedures
- Embody the RIMOWA brand values and ensure a unique client experience
- Anticipate client needs and guide them through the product selection process
- Develop product expertise and knowledge of the luxury luggage and leather goods market
- Contribute to sales targets and support boutique turnover development using omnichannel services
- Develop client loyalty and contribute to CRM database expansion
- Support after-sales service management, including coordination with the Client Care Center for minor in-store repairs
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing higher education (Bachelor's to Master's level)
- Strong interest in RIMOWA and the travel and/or leather goods sector
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a strong asset
- Dynamic, welcoming personality with strong interpersonal skills in an international environment
- Comfort with digital tools and openness to new ways of working

Entry-level; no prior retail experience required, but willingness to gain meaningful experience in a premium/luxury retail environment is essential.
Education
Currently pursuing higher education at Bachelor's level or above (up to Master's level).
