RIMOWA seeks a part-time Client Advisor for its Hamburg boutique, working 24 hours per week on a temporary contract and starting as soon as possible. The role combines luxury consultations and sales, CRM goals, minor on-site repairs and end-to-end after-sales repair coordination; experience in the luxury sector is welcomed, alongside fluent German and English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Strengthen customer relationships and build new ones through first-class consultations.
- Meet individual CRM goals and support customer interactions across consultation, sales and minor on-site repairs, drawing on extensive product and repair training.
- Provide professional after-sales support and remain a point of contact for customers on after-sales matters.
- Deliver high-quality repair processing, from intake and communication with the responsible technical team through return of the product to the customer.
Qualifications
- Fluent German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Passion for selling luxury products and a strong focus on customer experience.
