Client Advisor at RIMOWA Hamburg – LVMH luxury luggage brand. Full-time, on-site retail role with CRM focus and competitive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class customer consultations and build lasting relationships through intuitive luxury expertise
- Achieve individual CRM-driven sales targets whilst maintaining focus on customer satisfaction
- Manage the full repair lifecycle: acceptance, technical coordination, and customer communication
- Execute on-site product repairs to RIMOWA's quality standards
- Serve as the primary after-sales contact for all customer inquiries and support needs
- Execute product knowledge training and maintain expertise across the RIMOWA collection
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or customer-facing roles
- Demonstrable customer-focused approach with intuitive understanding of luxury service standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual capability preferred
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn CRM systems and product repair processes
