RIMOWA Client Advisor position in Hamburg, Germany. Luxury retail sales and after-sales service role with LVMH.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class customer consultations and build lasting relationships through personalized service and product expertise
- Achieve individual CRM goals and sales targets through consultative selling and customer engagement
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support and serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service inquiries
- Execute on-site product repairs and coordinate with the technical team for more complex service requests
- Manage repair intake, communication with technical departments, and customer delivery follow-up to ensure seamless service experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail or customer-facing roles
- Demonstrated outgoing personality with strong customer-centric orientation
- Intuitive understanding of luxury brand values and clienteling principles
- Proficiency in CRM systems and customer management practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal technical teams
