Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist international clientele with warmth and attentiveness in the luxury retail environment
- Provide first-class consultations and personalized product recommendations aligned with client needs and preferences
- Maintain the store environment to luxury standards, ensuring client comfort and visual excellence
- Manage after-sales service, stockroom operations, and delivery coordination with professionalism and precision
- Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales inquiries and client relationship continuity
