Role & Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer relationships through first-class consultations, emphasizing luxury and customer focus.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics, ensuring customer satisfaction beyond the initial purchase.
  • Manage the repair process, coordinating with technical teams to maintain high-quality standards and ensuring timely returns to customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service.

Skills

Strong customer service orientation with an intuitive understanding of luxury. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage CRM goals and perform minor repairs on-site.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury sector.
