Role & Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer relationships through first-class consultations and service.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for after-sales inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction beyond the initial purchase.
  • Manage the repair process, coordinating with technical teams to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Achieve individual CRM goals and excel in customer interactions, from consultation to sales and minor on-site repairs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment.

Skills

Strong customer service orientation with an intuitive understanding of luxury. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage after-sales processes and coordinate repairs effectively. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales techniques.

Experience

A minimum of three years of experience in luxury retail or a comparable customer-centric role is required.
