RIMOWA is seeking a part-time Client Advisor for its Frankfurt boutique, working 30 hours per week on a temporary contract, starting as soon as possible. The role builds customer relationships through luxury consultations and sales, supports minor repairs and manages after-sales repair processes. Role & Responsibilities
- Strengthen customer relationships through first-class consultations.
- Meet individual CRM goals and provide customer service across consultations, sales and minor on-site repairs, drawing on product and repair training.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for customers on after-sales matters.
- Process repairs to a high standard, from intake and communication with the responsible technical team through to returning the item to the customer.
Qualifications
- Fluent German and English; additional language skills are preferred.
- A passion for selling luxury products and a strong focus on the customer experience.
