Client Advisor position at RIMOWA Frankfurt – luxury retail role combining customer consultation, after-sales support, and repair coordination within LVMH Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class customer consultations grounded in product expertise and luxury service standards
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized CRM interactions and professional after-sales support
- Process repair requests from initial acceptance through technical coordination and final customer return
- Manage on-site product repairs and maintenance with adherence to RIMOWA's quality standards
- Achieve individual CRM and sales targets whilst sustaining service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury customer service experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer relationship management and CRM systems
- Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate technical repair processes clearly
- Exceptional customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills
