RIMOWA Frankfurt seeks Client Advisor for luxury retail customer service and after-sales support. Full-time, competitive compensation, extensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer consultations and sales interactions, leveraging an intuitive understanding of luxury and strong interpersonal skills
- Achieve individual CRM targets while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Process and oversee repair requests from acceptance through coordination with the technical team and final delivery to customers
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support and serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding repair and maintenance services
- Maintain extensive product knowledge and stay current with RIMOWA's heritage, craftsmanship, and product offerings
- Execute in-store repairs and adjustments in adherence to RIMOWA's premium quality standards
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English; additional language skills preferred
- Passion for luxury products and customer experience
- Experience in the luxury sector preferred, though entry-level candidates with strong customer service orientation are welcome
