RIMOWA — Client Advisor at NorthPark Center, Dallas. Seeking an experienced luxury retail professional to drive sales and deliver white‑glove service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling, client appointments and event-driven outreach.
- Build, curate and sustain a discerning client portfolio; execute personalised clienteling to generate repeat business and lifetime value.
- Serve as a consummate brand ambassador by articulating RIMOWA’s design, engineering and craftsmanship with confidence and discretion.
- Deliver white‑glove post‑purchase care, managing follow‑ups, repairs and service enquiries to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Operate POS systems accurately, participate in inventory control and loss‑prevention procedures, and maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a high‑performance, service‑led retail environment and support store operational readiness, including opening/closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ proven experience in premium or luxury retail sales.
- Demonstrable track record of developing and retaining a discerning client base; an existing luxury client book is highly desirable.
- Impeccable personal presentation and outstanding verbal communication skills.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift and handle items up to 20 lbs; reliable, punctual and able to work on‑site.
- Multilingual ability (Spanish, French, Portuguese and/or Mandarin) is a plus.

Experience
Minimum three years of direct experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and developing a loyal client portfolio.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary studies in retail, hospitality, communications or a related discipline are advantageous but not mandatory.
