Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling and cultivated client relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating RIMOWA’s heritage, product engineering, and commitment to craftsmanship with authority and discretion.
- Develop and maintain an exclusive client portfolio via personalised appointments, follow-ups, and invitations to events to drive repeat business.
- Deliver white‑glove customer service including post‑purchase care, repairs coordination and discreet handling of client requests.
- Execute POS transactions accurately, open/close registers according to policy, and participate in inventory control and loss‑prevention activities.
- Ensure immaculate store presentation and execute visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand’s premium positioning.
- Support and mentor colleagues to foster a collaborative, high‑performance sales environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in premium or luxury retail with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proven ability to develop and retain a discerning clientele; an established luxury client book is highly desirable.
- Impeccable personal presentation, exceptional verbal communication and refined interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving aptitude, attention to detail and ability to manage discreet client information.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to safely handle items up to 20 lbs.

Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with documented sales performance and client development history.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, hospitality, business or fashion is preferred.
