RIMOWA Client Advisor — Brussels. On-site luxury retail role (French/English) with profit-sharing, employee discount and training opportunities within LVMH.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding, personalised client experience to new and existing customers, guiding them through product selection and after‑sales care.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships using clienteling techniques and CRM tools to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Manage special requests and coordinate repairs or service cases in liaison with the client care department to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the store team as an engaged, collaborative colleague; continuously expand product knowledge and represent the brand’s values.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience in luxury retail or customer‑facing sales is preferred but candidates without prior luxury experience are welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a clear customer‑service orientation.
  • Ability to learn product specifications and after‑sales procedures quickly and accurately.
