Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve personal and store sales targets through proactive client acquisition and conversion.
- Educate clients on brand heritage, product construction and current assortment to create product advocates.
- Build and maintain an active client book; prospect new clients and nurture long-term relationships through follow-up and personalised service.
- Deliver exemplary customer service at every touchpoint, ensuring prompt follow-up for purchases, repairs and inquiries.
- Support colleagues to meet collective store objectives and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Operate store POS system, open/close registers, and process payments and returns accurately.
- Execute inventory counts, adhere to loss-prevention policies and maintain stockroom integrity.
- Implement and maintain store merchandising standards, visual presentation and general store readiness, including housekeeping duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and manage client portfolios; candidates with an established client book are preferred.
- Polished professional presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, positive attitude and demonstrable team orientation.
- Knowledge of fashion and travel lifestyle trends is advantageous.
- Availability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 20 lbs repeatedly.

Experience
