Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client consultations to convert and retain high‑value customers in a luxury retail environment.
  • Manage end‑to‑end after‑sales interactions, acting as the primary contact for repair inquiries and service status updates.
  • Accept and process items for repair, liaise with the technical team, and ensure timely, accurate returns to customers.
  • Meet individual CRM and sales targets through disciplined follow‑up, clienteling and database management.
  • Perform light in‑store repairs and technical checks on iconic product lines following brand standards and training.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation to reflect the maison’s premium positioning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer‑facing experience in retail or luxury goods, preferably including after‑sales or repair exposure.
  • Demonstrable clienteling ability with experience using CRM processes to develop long‑term customer relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset and refined attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform basic product repairs/inspections after appropriate training and to coordinate technical workflows.
  • Flexibility to work on‑site, including weekends and variable retail hours; strong organisational skills.

Experience
