RIMOWA seeks a seasonal Client Advisor in Barcelona for summer 2024. Bilingual English–Spanish retail professional required to represent the luxury German travel brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying RIMOWA's values and luxury heritage in all customer interactions
- Welcome and engage both local and international customers with warmth and professionalism
- Provide expert consultation on RIMOWA products, highlighting technical specifications and functional design
- Develop and expand the client portfolio through active canvassing and relationship management
- Deliver personalized advice to guide purchasing decisions and increase sales performance
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to support ongoing client engagement
- Execute in-store merchandising, restocking, and organizational tasks to maintain presentation standards
- Participate in inventory management and stock preparation activities
Qualifications
- Higher education background
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Demonstrated interest in the RIMOWA brand and travel sector
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional etiquette
- Meticulous attention to detail with a refined sense of luxury and service standards

Experience
Entry-level or foundational retail/customer service experience is acceptable; emphasis is placed on brand affinity, interpersonal capability, and learning potential rather than extensive prior background.
Education
