RIMOWA is hiring a Client Advisor (contract) in Antwerp, Belgium — deliver luxury clienteling, sales and after-sales service including on-site minor repairs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service and personalised sales to a discerning, international clientele.
- Achieve individual CRM targets by proactively building and maintaining long-term client relationships and follow-up.
- Manage end-to-end after-sales workflows: receive items, liaise with technical teams, coordinate repairs and ensure timely return to customers.
- Perform minor on-site repairs and product maintenance where required, following RIMOWA quality standards and protocols.
- Represent the brand on the shop floor and maintain a polished, client-centric boutique environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail or client-facing roles; experience in the luxury sector is preferred but motivated newcomers may be considered.
- Fluency in Dutch (nl) and English (en); additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven clienteling and consultative sales capability.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, with attention to detail in after-sales handling.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or client-facing roles; prior luxury retail experience is valued but RIMOWA welcomes candidates who demonstrate strong sales aptitude and client service potential.
Education
High school diploma or vocational qualification in retail, hospitality, or a related field; equivalent professional experience accepted.
