Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, client-focused consultations that convert visits into sales while achieving individual CRM objectives.
- Manage end-to-end after-sales relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for service enquiries and follow-up communications.
- Process repairs and service orders with attention to RIMOWA’s quality standards, coordinating with the technical team and ensuring timely returns to customers.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM to support clienteling and long-term relationship building.
- Support in-store visual merchandising, stock presentation and daily shop-floor operations to ensure a premium brand experience.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch (nl) and English (en); additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or client-facing sales is preferred; candidates with strong transferable customer service skills are considered.
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a passion for creating elevated customer experiences.
- Ability to manage after-sales processes and coordinate with technical teams; attention to detail in repair handling.
- Availability to work on-site in Antwerp on a full-time, fixed-term contract.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of customer-facing retail or luxury sales experience is preferred. Candidates with demonstrable customer service excellence and strong interpersonal skills, even if newer to luxury retail, will be considered.
Education
Secondary education; vocational training in retail, hospitality or a related discipline is preferred.
