RIMOWA Client Advisor position in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Part-time temporary contract for summer support, 24 hours per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class consultations to customers, strengthening and building relationships through expert product knowledge and attentive service
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support as a professional point of contact for all customer inquiries and service requests following purchase
- Process repair requests and warranty claims with meticulous attention, managing communication with technical teams and ensuring timely return to customers
- Maintain the highest standards in customer experience aligned with RIMOWA's commitment to luxury and functionality
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury retail or hospitality sector
- Fluent English language proficiency required
- Demonstrated passion for luxury products and customer-centric sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an intuitive understanding of luxury service standards
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the luxury sector, though new entrants with strong customer service backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
