RIMOWA seeks part-time Client Advisor in Amsterdam for temporary 7-month contract. Luxury retail experience and fluent English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class consultations to build and strengthen customer relationships through an intuitive understanding of luxury retail
- Provide professional after-sales support and serve as a dedicated point of contact for all post-purchase customer inquiries and requirements
- Manage repair and service requests with rigorous quality standards, overseeing acceptance, technical team coordination, and timely return to customers
- Engage with international clientele in a customer-centric manner that reflects RIMOWA's commitment to premium experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or customer service
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Passion for luxury products and customer experience
- Availability for 16 hours per week during the 7-month contract period
